Returns And Refund Policy

We're committed to your satisfaction. At The Cheese Board our goal is to provide you superior service and quality products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase from us, please contact our store as soon as possible.

If you need to return an item due to a quality issue or damage during shipment, we need to be contacted by e-mail or telephone within 48 hours of receipt of the product. Please provide our store with such details as product description, date received, package tracking number and the nature of the quality issue or damage. We will be glad to replace or exchange the item, or refund your money. If necessary, we will arrange the return shipping at no cost to you.

Returns for nonperishable items will need to be returned at the expense of the customer. No refunds will be issued for shipping cost of these returned items. If an item is returned as a result of an incorrect address provided by you, we can reship only nonperishable product to the correct address at an additional shipping charge to you. We will contact you if perishable products are returned to our store.
