This is a mild Mexican style cheese made in Wisconsin.  It is used as an appetizer.  Fry slices of it in a frying pan until it turns golden brown.  It does not melt.  You can even put this cheese right on the grill for a picnic flavor adventure.  Serve as is or with salsa.  Sold by the pound.
