Hickory smoked processed Swiss & Cheddar. (Leans more towards the swiss flavor than the cheddar) Sold by the pound.

I had this cheese in Massachusetts once, but could never find it again here locally. All other smoked cheeses disappointed me. So finally I ordered it on-line from Wisconsin and it was as great as I remembered. I was going to give away two of the four pounds I bought, but now I am not so sure anymore and may keep it for myself :o)
